Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Will Rook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aidan Kincaid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rook comes to the cage accompanied by Shinedown-Simple Man. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Will Rook! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 23 - 1, fighting out of London, Aidan Kincaid! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Phil Schofield and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rook dodges the punch combination from Kincaid.
Rook moves out of range of the strikes. Rook fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Rook throws a wild body kick that Kincaid sees coming a mile off. Rook needs to keep his hands up - Kincaid had a free shot at his head there. Kincaid falls off balance throwing a combination
and Rook counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kincaid's knee momentarily. Kincaid ducks under a wild hook from Rook. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Rook.

Rook slips a jab and a cross from Kincaid.
Aidan Kincaid seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rook moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rook lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Rook scores with a kick to the midsection. Kincaid misses with a right hand and Rook makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Kincaid looks gassed! Kincaid is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rook. Rook looks to score with a jab to the body but Kincaid is just out of range. Kincaid misses with a few strikes there.
Rook fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kincaid has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Kincaid scores with a crisp jab that stopped Rook in his tracks.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kincaid takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Kincaid takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Aidan Kincaid has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Rook uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kincaid. Rook throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Aidan Kincaid is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Rook lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Rook cracks the inside of Kincaid's front leg. A thudding body kick lands there by Rook!
A good leg kick by Rook. Rook throws a leg kick which misses Kincaid's front leg but catches the back leg as Kincaid tries to avoid it. Kincaid throws a nice looking combination but Rook bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Rook lands a leg kick that knocks Kincaid off balance momentarily. Rook scores with a spinning back kick! Kincaid gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Kincaid preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Rook is pushing down on Kincaid's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kincaid is fighting to maintain full guard but Rook has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rook is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kincaid doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rook. Rook looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kincaid with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Rook working over Kincaid with some ground and pound. Kincaid looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kincaid keeps control of the position for the meantime. Kincaid is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Kincaid works his way to full guard. Good work. Rook is looking to work some ground and pound but Kincaid has wrist control. Kincaid utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rook accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rook cracks Kincaid with a solid left hand. Rook throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kincaid works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Rook has gone for a leg lock! Kincaid slips out almost immediately though and dives into Rook's guard. Rook working a defensive guard here.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kincaid cracks Rook with a solid left hand. Rook is pulling down on Kincaid's head. It's preventing any offense from Kincaid, at least for the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Will Rook dominated that round. The cut man is working on Aidan Kincaid's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Kincaid throws the left hand but Rook avoids the punch easily. Rook ducks under a wild hook from Kincaid. Kincaid throws a right hand that Rook ducks under and follows up with a left that Rook also avoids with ease. Rook slips a jab from Kincaid. Kincaid rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rook moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Both fighters circling a little - Rook finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Rook tries for a takedown but Kincaid sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Rook is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kincaid can do to turn this around? Rook thows a body shot but no joy. Kincaid throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Rook counters with an inside leg kick. Rook tries to clinch but Kincaid is having none of it. Rook with a body punch. A glancing blow. Kincaid throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rook sees it coming and avoids it easily. Rook uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kincaid. Kincaid is breathing heavily. Kincaid misses with an uppercut. Rook saw that one coming. Kincaid throws a lazy right hand but Rook sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Rook with a body punch. A glancing blow. Kincaid's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kincaid has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Rook. Rook shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kincaid napping and manages to drive through into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Rook working the ground and pound. Rook lands a decent elbow from side control. Rook thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Kincaid manages to get back to half guard. Rook not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Rook throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rook thows a huge punch but Kincaid dodges it nicely.
Rook looks to land a strike but Kincaid avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Rook slips nicely into half guard. Rook sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Kincaid defending well though. Rook lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kincaid wants to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rook is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Kincaid has managed to free his arm - good work. Rook working the head and body with strikes. Rook is pressing down on Kincaid's thigh, looking to free his foot. Kincaid is holding on for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rook is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kincaid is just riding it out for now. Rook eventually gives up the hold. Kincaid moves into full guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rook with a flurry of punches that miss. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kincaid connects with a single shot there. Sloppy strikes from Kincaid. Those never looked like landing. Rook is looking to wear down Kincaid with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Kincaid tries to clinch up. Will Rook is winning the standup battle so far. A punch combination from Kincaid misses. Kincaid takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Kincaid pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Rook scores with a takedown into Kincaid's guard. Rook working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kincaid is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rook throws an elbow that misses. Kincaid uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Rook's guard. Nice move by Kincaid! Rook wants to sweep here but Kincaid controlling him for the moment. Kincaid trying to control the position from guard on top but Rook is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kincaid preventing the sweep. Kincaid content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Rook has locked up a guillotine! Rook's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Kincaid is holding on here and Rook must be using up a lot of energy. Kincaid has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Rook gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Will Rook! A very excited looking Will Rook rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
