The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eastbrook shoots in looking for a takedown. Mendu tries to sprawl out of it but Eastbrook keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mendu manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Eastbrook shoots in and drives through. Mendu sprawls well.

Mendu connects with a good right hand that stumbles Eastbrook. Eastbrook circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

The fighters circle momentarily. Mendu darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Eastbrook takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Mendu slaps away a takedown attempt from Eastbrook, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Eastbrook is rocked!
Mendu lands with an uppercut that bounces Eastbrook off the cage and back into range.
Oh Eastbrook is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mendu throws a pinpoint strike between Eastbrook's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Eastbrook crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Mendu scores a great knockout victory!
