Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between John Jacksfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dante Xylar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dante Xylar is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Taro Takaoka and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xylar keeps the fight on the outside.
Xylar looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Xylar.
Jacksfield closes the distance but Xylar moves to the side
and Xylar decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jacksfield's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Jacksfield wants to sweep but no luck.
Xylar must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Jacksfield is looking to take a break and control but Xylar is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up because John Jacksfield just wasn't active enough.

Jacksfield lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Xylar!

Jacksfield takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Jacksfield breaks from Xylar's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Xylar is bucking up trying to escape but Jacksfield cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Jacksfield throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Xylar has his hands clasped together but Jacksfield breaks the hold and Xylar is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Jacksfield!
