Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Dennis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tirawit Kokin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dennis comes to the cage accompanied by Bark at the moon. Jorge Dennis has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dennis avoids the head kick by Kokin.
Dennis shoots in looking for a takedown but Kokin manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dennis's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dennis shoots in but Kokin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Dennis blocks a head kick by Kokin.
Dennis dives in and grabs Kokin's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kokin pushes down on Dennis's head and hops out.

Dennis dives in and grabs Kokin's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kokin pushes down on Dennis's head and hops out.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Dennis checks a leg kick.

Dennis walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Kokin lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

and Kokin counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Dennis. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Dennis shoots in but Kokin avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Dennis decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Kokin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dennis is working away from the top position though.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
That kick from Kokin tenderised Dennis's leg. Dennis is trying to keep his angry face on.
Kokin has Dennis up against the cage in a clinch.
Kokin is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

and Dennis counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kokin fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Dennis has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Dennis moves out of range of the strikes.
Dennis slips a straight right by Kokin.

A swing and a miss from Kokin.
Kokin tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Dennis displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kokin throws out the jab.
Dennis shoots in looking for a takedown. Kokin tries to sprawl out of it but Dennis keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kokin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Dennis is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Dennis fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Nice takedown defense from Kokin. No joy for Dennis on that attempt.
Dennis on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Kokin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Dennis shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kokin sprawls well. Kokin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dennis gets slowly back to his feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dennis throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kokin's waist but Kokin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dennis off to one side.
Kokin tries to clinch up but Dennis circles away and keeps his distance.
Tirawit Kokin seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Dennis ducks under a wild hook from Kokin.
Kokin lands a nice leg kick that just misses Dennis's sensitive parts.
Oooooh!!! Kokin has knocked Dennis down with a huge combo! Kokin steps away and waves a wobbly Dennis back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Kokin drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Dennis right on the button. Dennis goes down! Kokin follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Kokin gets the win via TKO!
