The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marx throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dog sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Dog slips a straight right by Marx.
Dog blocks a head kick by Marx.
Marx fails with the takedown.
Nice jab there from Dog.
Marx pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Marx tried to score with a low kick but Dog checks it.

Dog misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Dog paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

A decent looking cross lands there for Marx.

Marx is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Dog lands with a good body shot.

Dog thows a body shot but no joy.
Marx swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Marx throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Marx wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Dog has him pressed against the cage.
Dog has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Dog wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Marx's closed guard. He's half up but Marx has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Marx pivots and extends the arm, Dog falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Marx! Well done that man!
