Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mark Joegensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benji Tczho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tczho is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Scottish bagpipes. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tczho swats away the attempt to clinch by Joegensen.
Joegensen fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Tczho shoots in looking for a takedown but Joegensen manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tczho's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Joegensen throws a low kick but Tczho moves out of range easily.
Tczho drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Joegensen working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Tczho.
Joegensen keeping moving, preventing Tczho from controlling successfully.
Joegensen tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Tczho thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Joegensen wants to stand up but Tczho is controlling him.

Tczho is in close to Joegensen's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Tczho sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Joegensen's guard.
Tczho is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Joegensen is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
