Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dynamite Nixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Nixon might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Fear is Our Tradition by Ignite. Gracie has chosen Boris Brejcha - Openminded as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie keeps the fight on the outside.

Gracie dives in and scores a takedown into Nixon's guard.

Gracie drops back looking for a leg! Nixon is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nixon manages to kick Gracie off! Gracie jumps back into Nixon's guard.

Gracie drops back, looking for a kneebar! Nixon looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Nixon looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Nixon!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Nixon is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Gracie is just riding it out for now. Nixon eventually gives up the hold.

Gracie is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Nixon is looking for a sweep. Gracie is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Gracie is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Nixon doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Gracie.

Gracie is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Nixon is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
