Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arto Byyri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zmesan Borec (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Borec is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Megadeth - Lucretia. Zmesan Borec has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Arto Byyri's chin.

22 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Zmesan Borec! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Borec shoots in for a takedown but Byyri shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Borec walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Borec closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Borec lands in his opponent's guard. Borec postures up in Byyri's guard and throws a big left but Byyri blocks it. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Borec trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Borec trying to control the position from guard on top but Byyri is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Borec stops Byyri from standing up. Borec postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Byyri is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Borec, into his guard. Borec bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Byyri's guard. Byyri wants to sweep here but Borec controlling him for the moment. Byyri utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Borec throwing strikes but missing. Byyri wants to stand and escape but Borec is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Byyri preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Borec makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Borec slips nicely into half guard. Borec is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Borec sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Byyri defending well though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Borec seems to be working for a kimura but Byyri defends the submission attempt. Byyri blocking the ground and pound attempt from Borec.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Borec is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Byyri doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Borec. Borec is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Byyri is just riding it out for now. Borec eventually gives up the hold. Borec not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Byyri moves into full guard.
Borec is standing up over Byyri. Byyri looks to escape but Borec dives into side control.
Byyri defending against the ground and pound. Byyri parries the strikes from Borec easily there. Borec is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Byyri to escape.
Byyri takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Borec creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Byyri sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. This fight is sponsored by Chainsaw 7. More blood and guts and stuff like that, in cinemas everywhere now! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Borec is chipping away with strikes.

Byyri looks to land a combination but Borec avoids it well. Borec throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Byyri. Byyri swats away the attempt to clinch by Borec. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Byyri.
It looks like Zmesan Borec has been cut. Byyri blocks a head kick by Borec.
Byyri lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Borec takes one to the chin there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Byyri sizes up Borec with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Some wild striking there from Byyri.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Byyri keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Borec uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Byyri.

That's one minute gone in the round. Byyri swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Byyri with a nice cross. Borec shoots in but no luck this time. Arto Byyri has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zmesan Borec. Borec misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Byyri is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Borec shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Byyri manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Borec with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Byyri not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Borec passes Byyri's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Byyri is looking for a sweep. Borec is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Byyri has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Borec is working away from the top position though. Borec is working for a submission of some sort.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Borec lands strikes from half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Borec has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Borec looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Byyri tries to improve his position but instead Borec has taken his back! Borec has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Byyri wants to escape the position.
Byyri trying to control the position but Borec manages to sink in the hooks. Byyri is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Borec is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Byyri knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Byyri for a finish. This has been an exciting period of action! Borec working for a choke but Byyri is defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Byyri tries to roll but Borec sticks to his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Borec sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Byyri taps out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Zmesan Borec! In his post fight interview, Zmesan Borec started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
