Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Babi manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mac on his heels. He'll look to pass Mac's guard now, I'm sure.
Babi lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Mac wants to stand up but Babi is controlling him.
Mac looking for a sweep. Not yet Mac, not yet.

Babi is looking to work some ground and pound but Mac has wrist control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mac will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Mac escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Babi gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Babi stands up over Mac, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Babi is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Babi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Babi arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Mac's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Gendut Babi!
A relieved looking Gendut Babi thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
