Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Billy Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kiko Kaluma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Billy Riley has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 21 - 0, fighting out of London, Billy Riley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kiko Kaluma! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Riley fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Riley has his takedown stuffed and Kaluma counters with a shoot takedown. Riley fights it but they end up in guard. Riley uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Riley throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kaluma's waist but Kaluma gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Riley off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Riley. That's going to take a lot out of him. Riley with a lazy takedown attempt and Kaluma counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. This has been an exciting period of action! Riley preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Riley is looking to stand up but Kaluma isn't so interested in that idea. Kaluma throwing strikes from guard but Riley blocks nicely. Riley is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kaluma's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Riley looking for a sweep. That's one minute gone in the round. Riley avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Kaluma cracks Riley with a solid left hand. Riley tries to land a sweep but no joy. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kaluma accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Kaluma must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Kaluma loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Kaluma postures up in Riley's guard and throws a big left but Riley blocks it. Kaluma with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Kaluma working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Kaluma stopping the sweep attempt from Riley. Riley not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Riley might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Kaluma chips away with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kaluma trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Riley working a defensive guard here.
Kaluma throws an elbow that misses. Riley uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Kaluma's guard. Nice move by Riley! Kaluma is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kaluma slips a nice elbow through Riley's hands, connecting with Riley's forehead. Kaluma not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Kaluma is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Kaluma is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kaluma is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. That's three minutes gone in the round. Kaluma is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Kaluma throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Kaluma missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Riley wants to control but Kaluma is keeping busy and won't allow it. Riley blocking the ground and pound attempt from Kaluma. Kaluma moves nicely into side control. Kaluma throwing shots but missing, from side control. Sloppy strikes there by Kaluma. Riley is looking for a sweep.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kaluma in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Riley takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Kaluma with the ground and pound but Riley regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Kaluma missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Riley taking some punishment here, with Kaluma in his half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kaluma scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Kaluma thows a huge punch but Riley dodges it nicely.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Riley moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Kaluma throws a strike but Riley rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Riley looking to pass the guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kiko Kaluma dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kaluma is defended easily by Riley. Riley pushes Kaluma up against the cage in a clinch. Kaluma has hold of one of Riley's legs. Riley is fighting the takedown attempt but Kaluma gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Riley escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kaluma gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Riley trying to control the position.
Kaluma postures up and lands a big shot to Riley's brow. Kaluma works over Riley with some ground and pound from guard. Kaluma with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Kaluma throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kaluma postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Kaluma scoring with punches to the head and body. Riley managing to control the position. Kaluma is standing up over Riley. Riley looks to escape but Kaluma dives into side control.
Riley is trying to improve his position. Kaluma working the strikes but Riley uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Kaluma throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Kaluma is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kaluma throwing shots but Riley is blocking nicely. Riley is trying to get back to full guard. Kaluma is looking to pass Riley's guard but actually Riley recovers to full guard. Riley is trying to keep Kaluma in close.
Kaluma trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Kaluma looking to improve position, pressing down on Riley's thigh with his hand. Riley seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Kaluma paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Kaluma's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Riley picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
