Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Flako Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adamh Pearse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes into the arena with Pull Me Under - Dream Theater blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Flako Gracie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Adamh Pearse! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie looks to throw the jab but Pearse is out of range. Pearse tries to clinch up but Gracie circles away and keeps his distance. Nice shot by Gracie. Pearse wants to clinch up but Gracie keeps it at a distance. Gracie uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Pearse connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Gracie momentarily.
Pearse tries to clinch up and Gracie counters with a nice uppercut. Pearse keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Gracie. Pearse is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Gracie is looking to chop away at Pearse's legs. Gracie explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Gracie gets a double leg takedown into Pearse's guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Gracie throws a big right hand that misses. Gracie tries to free his leg and advance position but Pearse is retaining full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie throws an elbow that misses. Pearse uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Gracie's guard. Nice move by Pearse! Pearse controls from within his opponent's guard. Gracie is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Pearse avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Gracie is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Pearse defends well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie working for a triangle but Pearse defends it easily.
Gracie wants to sweep but no luck. Gracie pushes a forearm under Pearse's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Pearse is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Flako Gracie! A very excited looking Flako Gracie made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
