Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Hutch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Griffin kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is 21 Guns. Hutch comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Pantera Cowboys from Hell kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tyson Griffin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bill Hutch! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hutch clinches. Griffin manages to break the clinch.
Griffin tries to clinch up. Hutch bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Griffin gets back to half guard. Hutch is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Griffin is looking to escape. Griffin is not content to let Hutch control the position. Hutch is pressing down on Griffin's thigh, looking to free his foot. Griffin is holding on for now. Griffin trying to hold on to Hutch's head to control him but Hutch postures up.
Hutch wants to work for an arm triangle but Griffin is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hutch wants to take a breather but Griffin is having none of it. Griffin wants to control but Hutch is keeping busy.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Griffin scores with a jab. Griffin looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Griffin wants to control from the top but Hutch keeps moving. Griffin slips nicely into half guard. Griffin sitting and controlling from the half guard. Hutch wants to control the action here but instead Griffin manages to pass to full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hutch is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Hutch looks gassed! Hutch tries to improve his position but instead Griffin has taken his back! Hutch tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Hutch gets back to half guard. Griffin seems to be looking for submissions.

Hutch lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage. Griffin prevents Hutch from standing back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hutch landing small, sideways elbows. Hutch moves into full guard.

Hutch working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Griffin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Griffin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Hutch throwing short punches from the bottom. Hutch striking from the bottom here. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hutch is on top in guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hutch's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Griffin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hutch on the ground. Hutch thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Hutch wants to control from the top but Griffin keeps moving. Hutch wants to stand but Griffin has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Griffin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hutch can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bill Hutch dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Griffin shoots in and bounces Hutch off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Griffin wants to control from the top but Hutch keeps moving. Hutch is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Griffin dives into side control.
Hutch sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Griffin passes to side control. Griffin tries to move to mount but Hutch blocks the move with his legs. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hutch wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hutch is looking for a sweep. Hutch struggling a bit here. Hutch manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Griffin trying to pass the guard but Hutch defending well. Griffin wants to take a breather but Hutch is having none of it. Hutch wants to control but Griffin is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Tyson Griffin overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Hutch keeping moving, preventing Griffin from controlling successfully. Griffin stands up from guard. Let's bang! Griffin shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Griffin was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Hutch really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Griffin with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Hutch gets full guard. Griffin controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Hutch pushes Griffin off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Tyson Griffin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Hutch closes the distance looking to clinch and Griffin counters with a left and a right that stings Hutch. Good exchange - Hutch coming out on top. Hutch tries to close the distance and clinch up but Griffin swats him away and circles back towards the center. Griffin shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Griffin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hutch drops Griffin with a right and a left! Hutch comes rushing in but Griffin regains his composure and manages to keep Hutch in guard.
Griffin is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hutch thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Oh Griffin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Griffin keeping moving, preventing Hutch from controlling successfully. Griffin seems to have got his legs back now. Hutch advances position into side control! Hutch landing a few strikes. Griffin is looking to regain half guard here but Hutch keeps moving and retains side control. Hutch has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Griffin! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Griffin is trying to escape the mount.
Griffin tries to hold on but Hutch postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Bill Hutch will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Hutch fails with the takedown and Griffin counters with a nice double leg into guard. Griffin gets to his feet - Hutch follows without any prompting. Griffin scores with a nice head shot. Hutch gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Hutch throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Griffin wants to stand but Hutch is controlling his posture from full guard. Griffin avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
This has been an exciting period of action! Hutch lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Griffin! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Griffin is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hutch looking for a guillotine from mount but Griffin is having none of it. Griffin really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Hutch gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! The fight stays on the outside here - Hutch looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Hutch thuds his right hand into Griffin's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Hutch misses with a takedown attempt and Griffin decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hutch's guard. Hutch had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Griffin is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Hutch Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Griffin's back instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hutch is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Griffin is defending well though. Hutch let's go of the attempt for now. Griffin rolls, trying to escape but Hutch keeps control of the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Hutch is trying to stick to Griffin's back but Griffin is turning into Hutch. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Hutch's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Griffin. Griffin trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Hutch looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Griffin trying to control but Hutch is working from the bottom. Griffin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hutch swivels though and keeps the full guard. Griffin stands up from Hutch's guard - Griffin perhaps looking for a knockout. Hutch tries to close the distance and clinch but Griffin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Griffin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hutch as he jumps to the side. Bill Hutch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Griffin feints and as Hutch raises his hands in defense, Griffin changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Hutch wants to stand but Griffin is controlling the position. Hutch is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Griffin pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hutch is keeping the position for now. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hutch wants to stand and escape but Griffin is having none of it. Tyson Griffin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Hutch manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Griffin manages to get himself to full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Tyson Griffin showed his dominance in that final round. I think Hutch has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
