Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edwin Sablon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elias Paniki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Elias Paniki!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sablon avoids a kick to the body.
Sablon chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Paniki can pounce on him.
The fighters circling - Sablon throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Paniki lands a front kick.
Paniki moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Paniki lands a jab to Sablon's midsection.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sablon is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Paniki lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
It looks like Edwin Sablon has been cut.
Paniki pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Sablon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sablon thows a body shot but no joy.
Sablon wants to clinch up but Paniki keeps it at a distance.
Paniki throws a leg kick which misses Sablon's front leg but catches the back leg as Sablon tries to avoid it.

Paniki digs a good hook to Sablon's body.
Paniki scores with a shot to the body.
Paniki lands with an uppercut that bounces Sablon off the cage and back into range.
Paniki throws a body punch but Sablon moves out of range.
Paniki cracks Sablon with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Donk. Paniki catches Sablon right on the button with a cross.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Paniki lands a brutal head kick. Sablon looks out on his feet and Paniki throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Elias Paniki!
After winning the bout, Elias Paniki thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
