Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gearo Husamanto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleks Nord (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Husamanto kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is paradise. Aleks Nord is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nord on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Husamanto takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
A cross from Nord lands.
Husamanto tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Husamanto checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
A head kick misses from Nord.
Both fighters circling a little - Nord finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Nord bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Nord tries to sprawl but Husamanto drives through with a takedown into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Husamanto content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Nord tries to get to full guard but Husamanto has control of the leg.
Husamanto landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Nord on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Husamanto frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Husamanto tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Husamanto quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Husamanto but it's paid off an Nord is forced to tap! Nice work by Husamanto.
