Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lapu Lapu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrzej Rostowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lapu fails with the takedown.
Lapu throws out a leg kick but Rostowski moves out of range and Lapu only half commits.

and Lapu counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Rostowski is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Lapu is aware though and is defending well.
Rostowski bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lapu's guard.

Rostowski drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lapu looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lapu looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lapu!

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

That was a close round but I would say that Lapu Lapu will probably get the nod.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
