Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ville Galle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamal White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White has chosen General Public - Tenderness as his entrance music. Jamal White will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ville Galle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jamal White! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, David Schapiro and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White checks the leg kick. White is looking to take this fight into the clinch. White stuffs the takedown attempt from Galle. Galle gets slowly back to his feet. Galle misses with a takedown attempt and White counters with a big head kick but Galle shrugs it off. Galle looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. White trying to control but Galle postures up.
Well, if Galle is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Galle has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Ville Galle wasn't doing enough on the ground. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Galle. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ville Galle. That's going to take a lot out of him. White throws a head kick that misses and White takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. White throws a combination that misses and Galle counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Galle shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has White pinned against the cage. White gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. White throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Galle. A bone on bone clash there as Galle blocks the leg kick.
White misses with a jab, cross combination.
Galle changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. White tries to avoid it but Galle manages to keep hold of a leg and drag White to the ground. White escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. White tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Galle lands a nice hook to White's body. White takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Galle shoots in but no luck this time. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Galle looks for a takedown but White sprawls well. Jamal White is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. White clinches up against the cage. White throws a knee to the head but misses.

White with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

White is pressed up against the cage. Galle has hold of a leg and is looking to drag White down to the mat. White avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. White wants to clinch up but Galle keeps it at a distance. Galle feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Galle slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Galle wants to control from the top but White keeps moving. Galle controlling from the top position. Galle is looking to stand up but White won't let him.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Ville Galle wasn't doing enough on the ground. White swats away the attempt to clinch by Galle. Galle closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Galle lands in his opponent's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. White wants to sweep here but Galle controlling him for the moment. Galle has gone for a leg lock! White slips out almost immediately though and dives into Galle's guard. Galle controlling the position. White wants to get up but he can't break Galle's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Galle looking to control.
White gets to his feet - Galle follows without any prompting. Ville Galle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Galle blocks a head kick by White.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Galle shoots for a takedown but White saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ville Galle dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Galle scores a takedown into full mount! Galle pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. White really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Galle. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Galle landing shots from mount. White tries to reverse the position but Galle maintains control. Galle with the ground and pound from mount. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Galle takes White's back. Galle is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. White knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften White for a finish. Galle gets his hands free as White looks to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Galle is persistently looking for the submission but White is defending it well.
Galle is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but White won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Galle off his unconscious opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Ville Galle!
