Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Max Schneider (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Le (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schneider comes to the cage accompanied by LMFAO - One Day. Le has chosen Ave Maria as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Max Schneider! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
22 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Victor Le! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Edson Gomes and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Le lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Le misses with a wild body shot. Le keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Nice jab there from Le. Schneider fails with a takedown attempt. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Schneider is defended easily by Le. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Schneider. That's going to take a lot out of him. Le displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Schneider. Nice straight punches there by Le. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Le.
That's one minute gone in the round. Schneider misses with a takedown and Le counters with a leg kick. Le is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Le takes a swing at Schneider's ribcage but misses. A kick lands to the mid section there for Le. Le leaves Schneider with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Le scores with a hook to the body. Schneider takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Le lands the left hand. Le throws a poor cross that misses
and Schneider counters with a nice double leg into guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Schneider stopping the sweep attempt from Le. Schneider looking to pass the guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Le wants to sweep but no luck. Le has momentary wrist control but Schneider slips an elbow through the middle. Schneider with a flurry of punches that miss. Schneider trying to control the position from guard on top but Le is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Le is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Schneider trying to control but Le is working from the bottom. Le wants to sweep here but Schneider controlling him for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Schneider wants to control from the top but Le keeps moving. Schneider has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Le is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Le connects with a looping right hand.
Schneider doesn't succeed with the takedown and Schneider takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Schneider fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Le to the ground. Schneider is now in Le's guard. Schneider trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Le has momentary wrist control but Schneider slips an elbow through the middle. Le looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Le is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Schneider passes easily into side control. Nice work. This has been an exciting period of action! Schneider working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Schneider in side control, throwing shots but Le defends. Schneider sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Le is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Le manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Le is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Schneider lands strikes from half guard. Schneider is looking to take a break and control but Le is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Schneider is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Le! Schneider working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Max Schneider will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Le sprawls well. Schneider looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Le is fending him off so far but Schneider persists. Nope, Le circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Schneider. That's going to take a lot out of him. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Schneider is defended easily by Le. Schneider shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Le but Le pushes him off and we're back to square one. Schneider avoids the body shot from Le.
Victor Le seems to be getting the better of the standup.
That's one minute gone in the round. Le scores with a crisp jab that stopped Schneider in his tracks. Le is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Le misses with a body shot.
Le throws a shot from downtown. Schneider moves away and avoids it. A big left from Le misses. Schneider misses with a takedown and Le counters with a stiff right hand. Le throws a big shot that misses. Schneider gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Schneider fails to land the takedown.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Le lands with a right hand. Le throws a shot to the body.
Le takes a swing at Schneider's ribcage but misses. Schneider moves out of range as Le throws a body kick.
Schneider shoots for a double leg takedown but Le sprawls well. He's pushed Schneider's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Le slaps away a takedown attempt from Schneider, before circling back to the center of the mat. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Le is looking to land body kicks. Schneider misses with a takedown attempt and Le counters with a stiff right hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Schneider misses with a takedown and Le counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Le fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Schneider shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Le sprawls well. Le wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Schneider gets slowly back to his feet. A left lands for Le. Le with a body punch. A glancing blow. Good shot there by Le. Victor Le is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Schneider uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Le.

Schneider shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Schneider has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Le. Le lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Le connects with a leg kick. Victor Le showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Schneider shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Schneider takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Le throws out a loose jab but Schneider uses good head movement to avoid it. Schneider shoots in looking for a takedown. Le tries to sprawl out of it but Schneider keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Le manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Schneider changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Le tries to avoid it but Schneider manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Le to the ground. Le escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Le thuds a left hand into Schneider's body. Le lands with a good body shot. Le keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. A lazy left from Le finds it's target. Le throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Le lands a head shot. Le changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Schneider doesn't succeed with the takedown and Le cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Schneider. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Schneider shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Le as he avoids it easily. Schneider has his takedown stuffed and Le counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Le lands with a slapping head kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Le buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Schneider fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Le to the ground. Schneider is now in Le's guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Le wants to sweep but no luck. Le bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Schneider's guard. Max Schneider overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Schneider looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Le advances position into side control! Schneider taking punishment in the form of punches.
Le wants to lay and pray for a moment but Schneider keeps working. Schneider struggling a bit here. Schneider might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Schneider is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Le is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Schneider tries to hold on but Le pushes him away. Le tries to control but Schneider wriggling away. Le sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Le wants to control the pace but Schneider is squirming around nicely. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Victor Le wasn't active enough on the ground. Le misses with a shot to the body and Schneider counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Schneider working Le over with strikes. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Le wants to get back to full guard. Schneider is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Le tries to roll over but Schneider keeps him under control. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Le is pressing down on Schneider's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Schneider being controlled here momentarily. Schneider trying to control but Le is working from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! Victor Le comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Le has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
