Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nendriek Toledo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Toledo sprawls well. Toledo wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Black gets slowly back to his feet.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Black tries to control Toledo's body but Toledo pushes him off. Black squirms to his side and now Toledo has his back!

Toledo is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Black to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Black shrugs it off.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Toledo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Black was covering up waiting for the punch and Toledo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Black seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Big Black was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Black is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Black extends the arm and Toledo is forced to tap!
