Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Stephan Kruger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hunter Dodson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dodson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kruger tries to clinch but Dodson moves out of range.

Dodson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dodson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Hunter Dodson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!

Dodson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dodson is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Kruger is surviving well by controlling Dodson's body position as best he can.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Dodson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Dodson is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Kruger to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Kruger shrugs it off.
