The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hicks swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hicks catches Lamope with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Lamope takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Lamope gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Hicks to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Lamope is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Hicks rolls with it to try and escape but Lamope cranks on the arm and Hicks is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
