Rutten comes to the cage accompanied by El Guapo Likes to Dance. Man has chosen THE PRODIGY - voodoo people as his entrance music. Demo Man is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Man escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Rutten swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Man.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Both fighters circling a little - Rutten finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Man chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rutten can pounce on him.

Man throws a series of punches but Rutten avoids them all with ease.
Rutten's jab looks to have found its range, popping Man under the eye.
Man checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
A slow jab from Man misses its intended target.

and Rutten counters with a leg kick.
Man stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Rutten.
Rutten looks to land a combination but Man avoids it well.
Rutten fails with an attempt to clinch.
Man throws an overhand right that lands on Rutten's shoulder, as Rutten tries to avoid the shot.
Rutten looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Rutten turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Rutten slips a jab and a cross from Man.
Man pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Rutten tries to clinch but Man is having none of it.

Man loads up on a big right hand but Rutten slips the punch.
Rutten throws a shot to the body.
Rutten lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Rutten throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

It looks like Demo Man has been cut.
Bas Rutten seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rutten moves in looking to clinch but Man pushes him off.
Rutten lands a two punch combo.
Rutten avoids the body shot from Man.
A jab from Man finds it's way through Rutten's defenses.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Man walks forward, straight into a front kick from Rutten.
Man ducks right into an uppercut from Rutten.
Man dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rutten throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Man lands a big uppercut and Rutten crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Rutten looks OK. Man waves Rutten back to his feet!

Rutten is rocked!
Man goes for a small jab and connects. Now Man goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Rutten stumbles back but Man runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Rutten to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Rutten will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
