Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Zanico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krystofineziska Katakhonaunsauntz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Hugh Johnson and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zanico swats away the attempt to clinch by Katakhonaunsauntz.

Zanico fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Katakhonaunsauntz, pushing him back against the cage.

Zanico's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Zanico closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Zanico has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Katakhonaunsauntz is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Zanico gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Zanico is looking to take a break and control but Katakhonaunsauntz is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Zanico works his way into side control.

Zanico has hold of Katakhonaunsauntz's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Katakhonaunsauntz seems comfortable defending it but Zanico has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Katakhonaunsauntz is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Katakhonaunsauntz is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Zanico couldn't care less - he's delighted!
