Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Serrano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Curtis Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brian Serrano! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Curtis Jackson! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Jorge Garcia and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Serrano fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Serrano tries to clinch but Jackson moves out of range. Serrano shoots for a double leg takedown but Jackson sprawls well. He's pushed Serrano's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Horrible takedown by Serrano or perhaps it was just good defense by Jackson which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brian Serrano. That's going to take a lot out of him. Serrano looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jackson is fending him off so far but Serrano persists. Nope, Jackson circles away and we're back to standing. Serrano tries to clinch there but Jackson circles away.
Serrano shoots in and drives through. Jackson sprawls well. Serrano is breathing heavily. Jackson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jackson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jackson lands in his opponent's guard. Jackson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Jackson stands and throws Serrano's legs to the side, diving into side control. Serrano is looking for a sweep. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Jackson has eaten all the pies!
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson advances to mount. Serrano is squirming around, avoiding Jackson's attempts to control the action. Jackson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Serrano can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Jackson raining down shots from the mount! Serrano is looking to improve his position but Jackson isn't that keen on the idea. Serrano on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Serrano tries to get out of the position. Jackson landing strikes from the mount and Serrano is in trouble! A nice elbow there by Jackson. Jackson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Serrano flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson manages to capitalize on a mistake by Serrano to take his back! Jackson is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Serrano is tapping out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Curtis Jackson!
