Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Sabre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dmitry Karbyshev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
31 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Matt Sabre! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dmitry Karbyshev! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, David Schapiro and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Karbyshev slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
It looks like Matt Sabre has been cut. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Sabre. Sabre wants to clinch. Sabre avoids the body shot from Karbyshev.
Karbyshev throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Sabre throws a quick inside leg kick. Karbyshev misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Sabre. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Karbyshev chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Sabre can pounce on him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sabre scores with a leg kick.
Karbyshev looks gassed! Nice shot by Sabre. Karbyshev takes one to the chin there. Karbyshev with a lazy takedown attempt and Sabre counters with a slapping leg kick. Sabre lands with a thumping leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sabre wants to clinch. Karbyshev on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Sabre gets a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sabre lands a left hand that snaps the head of Karbyshev backwards. Sabre effectively controlling the action here. Sabre scores with a hook to the body. Still in the clinch, Sabre scores with a nice short uppercut. Sabre gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
It looks like Dmitry Karbyshev has been cut. Sabre lands an elbow just above Karbyshev 's eye. Sabre lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Sabre can't find room to land a body shot as Karbyshev controls the action.
Sabre tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Karbyshev being controlled against the cage. Sabre working Karbyshev over with knees to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sabre lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Sabre gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Sabre works on Karbyshev's body with a couple of short punches. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Sabre landing knees to the body.
Sabre lands an elbow just above Karbyshev 's eye. Sabre works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Sabre misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Sabre has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Karbyshev regains guard immediately. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Sabre stays in close to Karbyshev's body and controls the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sabre sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Karbyshev's guard. Sabre wants to take a breather but Karbyshev is having none of it. Sabre uses his free foot to push down on Karbyshev's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Karbyshev. Karbyshev working to try and regain half guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sabre landing strikes from the mount. Karbyshev gets back to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Sabre dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Karbyshev is looking to score with low kicks. Matt Sabre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Karbyshev throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Karbyshev shoots for a takedown but Sabre saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Jab from Sabre. Sabre lands a head shot. Sabre thumps Karbyshev with a low kick. Sabre feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Karbyshev's calf. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A slapping leg kick lands for Sabre.
Karbyshev is breathing heavily. Sabre bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Sabre tries to close the distance and clinch up but Karbyshev swats him away and circles back towards the center.
That's one minute gone in the round. A shot to the liver by Sabre. Beautiful body shot. Sabre throws a leg kick which misses Karbyshev's front leg but catches the back leg as Karbyshev tries to avoid it. Sabre takes the fight into the clinch. Sabre creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Karbyshev's defenses. Sabre digs a right hand underneath Karbyshev's ribcage. Karbyshev let out a lung full of air as it connected. Sabre lands an uppercut. Sabre dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Sabre presses Karbyshev against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sabre tries to throw a body punch but Karbyshev avoids it by throwing Sabre back against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sabre comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Karbyshev is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Sabre to keep the fight standing. Sabre landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Karbyshev tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Matt Sabre has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dmitry Karbyshev. Sabre gets through Karbyshev's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Sabre lands an elbow inside. Karbyshev letting Sabre take a breather here. Sabre wants the takedown. Karbyshev is fighting it off but Sabre persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Karbyshev's guard against the cage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sabre stands up over Karbyshev, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Karbyshev looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Sabre working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sabre trying to control the position from guard on top but Karbyshev is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sabre might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Karbyshev looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Sabre working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Sabre is fighting to break Karbyshev's control of his arms but Karbyshev is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Sabre controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Sabre's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Karbyshev throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Karbyshev avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Karbyshev working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sabre. Karbyshev looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Sabre passes into side control.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Karbyshev takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Sabre dominated that second round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Sabre is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Karbyshev. Sabre scores with a leg kick.
Sabre misses with the body kick and Karbyshev counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Sabre ducks under a wild hook from Karbyshev. Sabre scores with a kick to the midsection. Sabre has closed the distance and engaged Karbyshev in a clinch.
Karbyshev is fighting off a takedown attempt but Sabre is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Karbyshev to the mat. Karbyshev regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Karbyshev trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Sabre lands a couple of decent looking shots.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sabre advances position into side control! Karbyshev can't do much from the bottom here. Sabre controls the position. Karbyshev is looking to reverse the position. Sabre is working Karbyshev over with some ground and pound from side control. Karbyshev is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Sabre off and has taken his back! Dmitry Karbyshev has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sabre turns into Karbyshev and is now in his guard.
Sabre engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Karbyshev pulls Sabre in close to prevent any damage. Matt Sabre overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Karbyshev is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Sabre works over Karbyshev with some ground and pound from guard. Sabre throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sabre in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Karbyshev wants to hit a switch here but Sabre passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Karbyshev there! Sabre looking to control and managing it successfully. Karbyshev is in all sorts of trouble here.
Matt Sabre is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sabre wants to control the pace but Karbyshev is squirming around nicely. Karbyshev tries to hold on but Sabre postures up. Karbyshev is working to get back to half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that's the end of the fight! Matt Sabre showed his dominance in that final round. Well Sabre has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
