Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Not John Smythe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Titus Pullo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Steve Erwin and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pullo defending well as Smythe loads up on a big left hand.
Pullo tries to clinch up.
Pullo lands a glancing blow to the side of Smythe's head.
Pullo tries to close the distance and clinch but Smythe swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Smythe swats away the attempt to clinch by Pullo.
Smythe ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pullo moves away.
Pullo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pullo checks a leg kick.
Some bone on bone action there as Pullo checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Smythe misses with a wild body shot.
Smythe drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Smythe in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Smythe won't allow Pullo to get back to his feet.
Smythe postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Smythe stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pullo swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Smythe thows a big elbow that misses.

Pullo can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Smythe controls the pace.
Smythe loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Smythe throws and elbow that misses. Pullo uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Smythe's guard. Nice move by Pullo!
Smythe will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Smythe has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Smythe is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Smythe looking to hit a scissor sweep but Pullo is one step ahead there.
Pullo is pushing down on Smythe's leg trying to pass to half guard. Smythe is fighting to maintain full guard but Pullo has managed to sneak the leg through.
Smythe is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Pullo's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Pullo's back!
Smythe cracks Pullo with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Pullo from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
Pullo looks gassed!

Smythe lands shots from the back.
Smythe is landing with strikes from the back.
Smythe has Pullo flattened out and is raining down punches.
Oooh a big shot gets through from Smythe. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
Pullo is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Smythe is punishing Pullo with strikes - can he finish him?!

Smythe scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.
Smythe connects with a big shot to the side of Pullo's head.
Smythe lands strikes to the head.
Smythe lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Pullo hold on?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Pullo is trapped and Smythe is scoring with shots to the head and body.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Smythe throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Pullo!

Smythe shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Smythe cracks Pullo with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
