19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Alexis Texas! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Texas misses with a body kick. Texas drops Jourgensen with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Jourgensen looks back up at him and smiles so Texas waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jourgensen jabbing away but nothing is landing. Jourgensen moves out of range as Texas throws a body kick.
Jourgensen is looking to land body kicks. Texas throws a front kick that sends Jourgensen stumbling back into the cage. Jourgensen throws a low kick but Texas avoids it. Texas lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Jourgensen is breathing heavily. Texas avoids the head kick by Jourgensen.
Texas moves into range and connects with a jab. Texas misses with a body kick. Jourgensen is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Texas Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Jourgensen is out cold, face down on the mat!
