Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kevin Trout! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Muay Thai! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thai wants to clinch. Trout misses with a takedown and Thai counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Thai. Thai lands a knee to the head.

Trout takes a knee right on the jaw!
Trout is breathing heavily. Trout can't break the clinch.

Thai wants the takedown. Trout is fighting it off but Thai persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Trout's guard against the cage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Thai decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Trout, up you get! Thai has managed to clinch.

Trout looking to sit in guard and control but Thai gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trout is working an open guard so Thai takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Thai tries to clinch up. Thai wants to clinch. Thai closes the distance and clinches. Trout takes a knee right on the jaw!
It looks like Kevin Trout has been cut. A knee to the head by Thai.
Thai is pushing Trout up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Thai working the clinch nicely. Trout is working for position but Thai cracks him with a big knee to the head! Trout crumples up against the cage and Thai lands two more shots before the ref can save Trout! This one is all over!
