Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Helge Fossmo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Built Win (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fossmo comes into the arena with Helge Fossmo predikar blaring out of the sound system. Built Win will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Helge Fossmo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Built Win! The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Josh West and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fossmo gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Win counters with a left and a right that stings Fossmo. Fossmo looks for a takedown but Win sprawls well. Win takes a swing at Fossmo's ribcage but misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Win scores with a shot to the body.
Fossmo closes the distance and clinches up with Win, looking for a takedown. Fossmo pushes Win against the ropes but Win circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Helge Fossmo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fossmo misses with a takedown attempt and Win counters with a right hand to the body. Fossmo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Win is fending him off so far but Fossmo persists. Nope, Win circles away and we're back to standing. Fossmo shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Fossmo showed some decent athleticism there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Win wants to get back to his feet. Win blocking the ground and pound attempt from Fossmo. Fossmo throwing shots but Win is blocking nicely. Win is trying to stand up here but Fossmo is controlling him well. Fossmo throws a strike but Win avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Fossmo throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Win utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fossmo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Win swivels though and keeps the full guard. Win kicks Fossmo off and gets to his feet. Fossmo takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Fossmo shoots in looking for a takedown but Win manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Fossmo's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Win lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Horrible takedown by Fossmo or perhaps it was just good defense by Win which made him look bad. Fossmo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Fossmo shoots for a takedown but Win saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Built Win will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Fossmo dives in and grabs Win's left leg, looking for a takedown. Win pushes down on Fossmo's head and hops out. Fossmo fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Win connects with a looping right hand.
Win misses with a wild body shot. Horrible takedown by Fossmo or perhaps it was just good defense by Win which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Helge Fossmo. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Fossmo moves out of range as Win strikes. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Fossmo misses with a takedown and Win counters with a straight right hand. Win lands the left hand. No luck for Fossmo with that takedown attempt. Fossmo takes one on the button. Win is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fossmo shoots in for a takedown but Win shows good takedown defense. Fossmo with a poor takedown and Win counters with a lovely straight right hand! Fossmo dives in and grabs Win's left leg, looking for a takedown. Win pushes down on Fossmo's head and hops out.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Fossmo fails with a takedown attempt. Built Win is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Win throws a right and a left that Fossmo avoids nicely. A big left from Win misses. Fossmo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Win. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Built Win showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Win looks to land a combination but Fossmo avoids it well. Fossmo drives through with a takedown into Win's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Win wants to stand and escape but Fossmo is having none of it. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Win keeping full guard, as Fossmo tries to pass. Fossmo drops back, looking for a kneebar! Win looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Win looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Win! Fossmo can't do much from the bottom here. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
That's one minute gone in the round. Win wants to stand but Fossmo has his arm trapped. Win stands up and beckons Fossmo to his feet. Win misses with a left hand and Fossmo counters with a takedown into side control. Fossmo throws an elbow but Win slips to the side and avoids it well. Fossmo misses with the ground and pound. Win is pushing Fossmo's head away, looking to escape. Fossmo manages to hold on to the position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fossmo lands some shots froms side control. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fossmo throwing shots but missing, from side control. Fossmo lands a decent elbow from side control. Win on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Win wants to get back to his feet but Fossmo drags him back down. The referee asks Fossmo politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Fossmo prefers to stall for the moment though. Fossmo working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Win tries to escape but Fossmo is in control. Fossmo in side control, throwing shots but Win defends. Win is not content to let Fossmo control the position. Fossmo sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Win is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Win managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Fossmo.
Fossmo cracks Win with an elbow. That is naaassty. Fossmo in side control lands a decent elbow. Fossmo creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Win sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Win managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Fossmo.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Win is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Fossmo throws an elbow but Win slips to the side and avoids it well. Fossmo fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Fossmo misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Fossmo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fossmo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Fossmo working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
And that's the end of the fight! Helge Fossmo showed his dominance in that final round. I think Win has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Built Win! A relieved looking Built Win thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
