PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Suge Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Creed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Creed is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by It's my song. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knight drops Creed with a nice combination! Knight dives into Creed's guard, looking to finish!

Creed manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Knight manages to get himself to full guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Creed connects with a nice short shot to Knight's temple.

Creed tries to close the distance and clinch but Knight swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Knight tries to bum rush Creed with a series of wild strikes but Creed uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Creed moves into range and clinches up with Knight.

Creed has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Knight uses from the top position.
Creed wants to sweep but no luck.

Creed is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Knight is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Knight has escaped and now he's on top!

Creed is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Knight pulls his head out easily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Knight moves out of range as Creed strikes.
Knight lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Creed takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

That was a close second round but I would say that Suge Knight will probably get the nod.
That's time! Knight's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Creed cracks Knight with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
