Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sam Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dante Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Sam Fisher! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dante Kane! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Ryoma Takatsuka and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kane jabs Fisher to the body, keeping him at a distance. Kane swings for the body but Fisher moves out of range.
Fisher lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Fisher throws an overhand right that lands on Kane's shoulder, as Kane tries to avoid the shot. Kane lands with a good body shot. Kane lands a jab to Fisher's midsection. Fisher displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kane throws out the jab. Kane throws a series of punches but Fisher moves out of range. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fisher uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kane.

Fisher throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kane's waist but Kane gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fisher off to one side. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fisher trying to control but Kane is working from the bottom. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fisher working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Fisher forces his way into half guard. Fisher content to control rather than advance. Kane is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Fisher takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Fisher missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Fisher has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Nice strikes from Fisher there. Kane looking for submissions off his back. Kane is in trouble now - Fisher has advanced to mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fisher landing strikes, looking to finish! A nice elbow there by Fisher. BOOM! Fisher connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fisher looking to finish Kane with some ground and pound. This is bad for Kane! Kane is bucking up trying to escape but Fisher cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Fisher controlling the position easily from mount. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Fisher landing shots from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kane moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Fisher throws a body punch but Kane moves out of range. Kane throws a nice looking combination but Fisher bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Kane misses with a left hand and Fisher cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Fisher drives through with a takedown into Kane's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Fisher chips away with some ground and pound. Fisher lands a couple of digs. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kane keeping moving, preventing Fisher from controlling successfully. Fisher lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Fisher stands and throws Kane's legs to the side, diving into side control. Kane takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kane is trying to escape the position but Fisher is controlling the position. Kane is not content to let Fisher control the position. Kane takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Fisher scores with a couple of short elbows. Kane gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Fisher sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Fisher is in the full mount, landing strikes.

They are putting on a show! The referee warns Kane that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Sam Fisher overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Fisher wants to control but instead Kane manages to regain half guard. Fisher prevents Kane from improving his position. Fisher slows the pace down in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kane is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Fisher scores with a couple of nice shots. Fisher takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Kane regains full guard. Nicely done. Fisher is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Kane manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Fisher manages to get himself to full guard.
Kane wants to get up but he can't break Fisher's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fisher controlling Kane's posture. Kane wants to stand but Fisher has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Kane gets to his feet. Fisher looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Kane throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Fisher connects with a single shot there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kane just misses with a punch to the body.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kane scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Fisher moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Kane throws a left and a right that both miss
and Fisher counters with a stiff right hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sam Fisher dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

A big left from Kane misses. Kane is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Fisher rather than just go for the knockout. Kane lands the left hand. Kane will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's one minute gone in the round. Fisher closes the distance and clinches up with Kane, looking for a takedown. Fisher pushes Kane against the cage but Kane circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Fisher scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Fisher steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kane. Kane throws a hook to the side of Fisher's head but Fisher sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kane lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Kane thows a left - swing and a miss! Kane misses with a jab, cross combination.
Fisher shoots in looking for a takedown but Kane manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Fisher's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sam Fisher. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kane uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Fisher.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kane lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fisher circles away quickly and effectively. Kane uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Fisher has time to react. Fisher looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Fisher fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kane manages to avoid it. Fisher dodges the punch combination from Kane.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Fisher tests Kane's chin there with a solid looking shot. Fisher scores with a crisp jab that stopped Kane in his tracks. Kane stuffs the takedown attempt from Fisher. Fisher gets slowly back to his feet. Kane misses with a wild combination.
Dante Kane has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kane slips a jab and a cross from Fisher.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Fisher slips a jab and a cross from Kane.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sam Fisher. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Fisher, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
