The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Maximus was well out of range. Poor timing from Morgan.
Maximus shoots in looking for a takedown but Morgan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Maximus's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Morgan changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Maximus looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Morgan throws a head kick but Maximus moves out of range.
Dexter Morgan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Maximus takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Fransiscus Maximus has been cut.
Morgan lands a jab.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Morgan looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Maximus! Submission of the night perhaps?
