Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dooog Partaaay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaruis Jerome (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jerome is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: ILL BILL ft. IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE & MAX CAVALERA - "War Is My Destiny". Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Partaaay closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jerome to the mat! Jerome manages to get full guard.

Jaruis Jerome seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Partaaay throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Jerome.

Jerome just misses with a punch to the body.
Partaaay throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Partaaay drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Partaaay pushes off an throws an elbow but Jerome leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Partaaay takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Jerome blocks a head kick by Partaaay.
Partaaay closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Partaaay lands in his opponent's guard.
Jerome bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Partaaay's guard.

Partaaay can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Jerome controls the pace.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Jerome must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Jerome wants to control from the top but Partaaay keeps moving.

Partaaay lands a brutal head kick. Jerome looks out on his feet and Partaaay throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
