Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brendon Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Cain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Russell Pearce and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cain gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Scott keeps Cain at a distance using the push kick.
Scott misses with a few strikes there.
A slapping body kick lands there for Cain.
Cain's corner calls for a 1-2. Cain obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Scott walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
It looks like Brendon Scott has been cut.
Scott takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Cain looks to land a body kick but Scott moved away.
Scott pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Scott throws a sloppy head kick and Cain moves out of range easily.
Cain avoids the head kick by Scott.
Scott is breathing heavily.
Scott throws a head kick but Cain moves out of range.
A slapping leg kick lands for Scott.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Scott misses with a low kick as Cain jumps back.
Cain connects with a body shot.
Cain is looking to slow Scott down with leg kicks.
Whack! Cain lands a heavy head kick that drops Scott. The ref tackles Cain to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Scott was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Daniel Cain!
