Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Myers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Myers has chosen Walk in The Club as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sanders has closed the distance and engaged Myers in a clinch.
Sanders keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Myers's efforts to push away.

Sanders is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Myers to keep the fight standing.

Myers wants to break free but Sanders has control.

Myers really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sanders. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sanders scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Myers connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Myers fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Sanders on the side of the head.
Myers throws a right and a left that Sanders avoids nicely.
The fighters circling - Myers throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
The fighters circle momentarily. Myers darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Myers gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Sanders has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Sanders is breathing heavily.

Myers wants to stand but Sanders is controlling the position.
Sanders postures up in Myers's guard and throws a big left but Myers blocks it.

Myers utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Myers wants to get back to his feet but Sanders is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Sanders doesn't manage to clinch there - Myers circles away.
Myers digs a good body shot into Sanders's ribs.
Sanders tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Myers paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Sanders misses with a takedown attempt - Myers sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Sanders closes the distance and clinches.
Sanders blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Myers wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Sanders drops down looking for an ankle pick but Myers pulls his leg out and moves away.
Myers tests Sanders's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Sanders misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Myers.
Sanders takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Myers cracks Sanders with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Myers throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Myers throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Sanders takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Jackson Sanders is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Myers connects with a crisp jab.
Myers connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Sanders momentarily.
Nice straight punches there by Myers. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Myers.
Sanders shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Myers pinned against the cage. Myers gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Sanders shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Sanders throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Myers's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

A decent looking cross lands there for Myers.
Sanders's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Myers connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sanders scrambles back to his feet.

Sanders shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Myers's guard.
