Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kenneth Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raymond Matice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Kenneth Lucas has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Kenneth Lucas seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matice shoots in but no luck this time.
Matice with a poor takedown
and Lucas counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Matice misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Kenneth Lucas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raymond Matice.
Matice throws a looping overhand right but Lucas ducks down to avoid it.
Matice fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Lucas throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Lucas throws a good cross that connects.
Lucas digs a good hook to Matice's body.
Lucas throws a nice looking combination but Matice bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Matice takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Lucas moves into range and clinches up with Matice.
Matice can't get the takedown.
Lucas prevents a takedown attempt there.
Matice has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lucas avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Matice is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Lucas is defending well.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lucas lands a shoulder strike.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Matice changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lucas fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Horrible takedown by Matice or perhaps it was just good defense by Lucas which made him look bad.
Matice throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Matice takes one to the side of the head.
Matice shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Lucas scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Matice is rocked!

It looks like Raymond Matice has been cut.
Matice dives in and grabs Lucas's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lucas pushes down on Matice's head and hops out.
Matice is still on wobbly legs! Can Lucas finish him?
Matice looks gassed!
Matice looks up at the clock. Bad move! Lucas lands a right hand from hell, dropping Matice. Lucas pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
