Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brian Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brian Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nick Diaz!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz slaps away a takedown attempt from Lesnar, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Lesnar uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Diaz.
Lesnar pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Diaz stalks Lesnar and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lesnar's face. Lesnar staggers backwards, shaken.
Diaz swings widly with a right hand
and Lesnar counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Diaz is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Diaz throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lesnar.
Diaz avoids the body shot from Lesnar.

Diaz throws a hook but Lesnar blocks it.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Lesnar.
Lesnar shoots for a takedown but Diaz saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lesnar is looking for a kimura but Diaz is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lesnar to get the leverage.

Diaz is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Diaz is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lesnar doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Diaz.

Diaz throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lesnar stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Diaz throws a body punch but Lesnar moves out of range.
Lesnar shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Diaz defends it nicely.
Lesnar throws a nice looking combination but Diaz bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Diaz feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lesnars jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

I would just about give that final round to Nick Diaz.
