Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Siegfried Freak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Esa Tikkanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Freak comes to the cage accompanied by BULLY!!. Tikkanen is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bring The Pain. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Siegfried Freak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Esa Tikkanen! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tikkanen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Freak's guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Tikkanen working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Freak's head. Tikkanen lands a couple of decent looking shots. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tikkanen is pushing down on Freak's leg trying to pass to half guard. Freak is fighting to maintain full guard but Tikkanen has managed to sneak the leg through. Tikkanen wants to free his trapped foot but Freak is holding on for dear life with his legs. Tikkanen sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Freak defending well though. Tikkanen not landing any meaningful shots this time. Freak has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Tikkanen is working away from the top position though. Tikkanen moves into full mount! Freak won't be happy about that! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Tikkanen prevents Freak from getting the reversal. Tikkanen breaks from Freak's wrist control and lands an elbow. Tikkanen dominating with strikes here. Freak is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tikkanen raining down hammerfists from mount. Tikkanen is landing with some decent strikes but Freak is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Tikkanen has isolated one of Freak's arms. Freak looking to fight him off but Tikkanen twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Esa Tikkanen! An out of breath Esa Tikkanen thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
