Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Paul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Redge Coldon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paul is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coldon looks to land a right hand but Paul moved out of range.
Paul is breathing heavily.
Coldon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Paul sprawls well. Paul wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Coldon gets slowly back to his feet.
Coldon drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Coldon misses with an attempted head punch from side control.

Coldon has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Coldon is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Paul is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Paul parries the strikes from Coldon easily there. Coldon is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Paul to escape.

Justin Paul's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Justin Paul's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
