Gustaffsson comes to the cage accompanied by Bark at the Moon - Ozzy Osbourne. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Dieter Hinrichts enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hinrichts moves away from the strike by Gustaffsson.
Hinrichts checks the leg kick nicely there.
Gustaffsson lands a nice shot to the body.
Gustaffsson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gustaffsson wants it to stay on the feet.
Hinrichts shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gustaffsson pinned against the cage. Gustaffsson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Gustaffsson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hinrichts. Hinrichts circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

and Gustaffsson counters with a crisp right hand that drops Hinrichts! Gustaffsson lets Hinrichts back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Gustaffsson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hinrichts.
Gustaffsson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Gustaffsson cracks Hinrichts with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Gustaffsson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hinrichts to stand back up!

Olaf Gustaffsson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Hinrichts looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

and Hinrichts takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gustaffsson fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Gustaffsson drops Hinrichts with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hinrichts looks back up at him and smiles so Gustaffsson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gustaffsson misses with a low kick.
Gustaffsson is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Hinrichts hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
