Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Uran Tine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pete Griffiths (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Uran Tine has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Uran Tine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Pete Griffiths!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Griffiths instigates a clinch.
Tine blocks an uppercut.

Griffiths throws a punch but it's blocked by Tine.
Griffiths is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Tine tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Griffiths creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Griffiths lands a right hand that snaps the head of Tine backwards.
Tine has Griffiths pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Griffiths manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Tine has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Griffiths is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Tine wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Griffiths has him pressed against the cage.

Tine pulls Griffiths into guard.
Tine is trying to control the position but Griffiths postures up.
Griffiths tries to stand but Tine is controlling from the bottom.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Griffiths tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Tine manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Tine jumps guard but Griffiths turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
This has been an exciting period of action!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Griffiths wants to stand but Tine is controlling his posture from full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pete Griffiths dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Tine swats away the attempt to clinch by Griffiths.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Tine gets a clinch.
Griffiths throws a head punch that misses.
Griffiths misses with the head strike.
Griffiths misses with some punches.
Tine dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Tine jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Griffiths walks away with a smile on his face. Tine gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Griffiths tries to bum rush Tine with a series of wild strikes but Tine uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Griffiths lands with a nice combination. Tine backs away looking to recover.
Tine throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The fight stays on the outside here - Griffiths looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Tine throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Tine scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Griffiths is not content to let Tine control the position.
Griffiths is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Tine has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Griffiths is wriggling around trying to escape but Tine has hooked up a rear naked choke! Is it over??? Is it... you're damn right it is! Griffiths taps out and Tine picks up the big win! Great work there by Tine!
