Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Spurro Sparre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rich Franklin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sparre's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Sexy and I Know It . The crowd seem to be enjoying Franklin's choice of entrance music: Nas- Ether. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

12 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Rich Franklin! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Franklin fails in his attempt to clinch. Franklin ducks under a wild hook from Sparre. Franklin on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Sparre. Sparre obviously looking to wear him down.
Sparre swats away the attempt to clinch by Franklin. Franklin fails to land with a series of punches.

It looks like Rich Franklin has been cut. Franklin chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Sparre can pounce on him.
Franklin tries to clinch up but Sparre circles away and keeps his distance. Franklin moves in looking to clinch but Sparre pushes him off. Rich Franklin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Franklin closes the distance but Sparre moves to the side and Sparre counters with a nice body shot. Franklin has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Sparre. Sparre uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Franklin tries to grapple but his opponent circles letting Sparre counter with a right hand. Franklin tries to clinch there but Sparre circles away.

That's one minute gone in the round. Franklin moves to clinch but Sparre breaks away and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Sparre misses with a body shot.

The fight stays on the outside here - Franklin looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Franklin tries to clinch up. Sparre swats away the attempt to clinch by Franklin. Sparre swats away the attempt to clinch by Franklin. Franklin walks into a left hand. Franklin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Franklin misses with a double jab
and Sparre counters with a good low kick that Franklin was not able to check. Sparre scores with a crisp jab that stopped Franklin in his tracks. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sparre blocks a head kick by Franklin.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Sparre ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Franklin out cold! The fight is over!
