The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OMalley displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Hunter shoots in for a takedown but OMalley shows good takedown defense.
OMalley scores with the left hand. Hunter knows he should have avoided that one.
OMalley throws a combination that misses

and Hunter counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
OMalley keeping moving, preventing Hunter from controlling successfully.
Hunter in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Hunter is working for a kimura but OMalley is defending it quite comfortably.
Hunter moves nicely into side control.

Hunter is working to tighten is grip on OMalley's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. OMalley has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Hunter is really squeezing tight and eventually OMalley passes out! Hunter breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
