Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sharp Straw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcinho Guerreiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guerreiro has chosen DMX- Ain`t No Sunshine as his entrance music. Marcinho Guerreiro will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Seu Braga and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Straw drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Guerreiro is looking to reverse the position.
Straw is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Guerreiro is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Guerreiro is trying to get back to his feet.
Guerreiro tries to bench press Straw off him but Straw keeps the position.
Straw tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Straw is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Guerreiro looks calm but he's in trouble here. Straw gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Guerreiro is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Straw lets go of the hold and Guerreiro can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Sharp Straw!
