Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Miguel Costas!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Igor Prikhodko and Illya Tyunina.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bush darts in and clinches Costas up against the cage.

Bush ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bush no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Costas prevents Bush from getting back to his feet.

Bush kicks Costas off and gets to his feet.

Costas shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Costas was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Bush is trying to escape the mount.
Costas looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Costas won't let Bush get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bush can't escape the position.

Bush bucks Costas off and manages to get back to his feet!
Costas shoots in for a takedown but Bush shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Costas throws a body kick that misses.
Bush swats away the attempt to clinch by Costas.
Costas throws a leg kick but Bush sees it coming and moves out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Bush drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Costas has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Costas trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Bush connects with a couple of short punches.

Costas looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Bush has picked Costas up and slammed him! Costas can't keep hold of the triangle and Bush manages to pass to side control!

Costas is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Bush's leg. Oh but that's left an opportunity for Bush! He's got an arm triangle... it looks tight! He's rotating and Costas has tapped! This one is allllll over!
