Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bang Bang!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Mauricio Rocha and Alexandre Firmino.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping leg kick lands for Lee.
A chopping leg kick lands by Bang.
Lee fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Bang is out of range.
Lee scores with a jab.
Bang fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bang paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Lee scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Lee tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bang was well out of range. Poor timing from Lee.
Hitmon Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fighters circle momentarily. Bang darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Good leg kick by Bang there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Bang's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lee connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bang scrambles back to his feet.
Lee jabs Bang to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Lee throws a leg kick but Bang sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bang swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lee is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Lee fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Bang to the ground. Lee is now in Bang's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

A close round but Bang Bang will probably get the nod.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bang's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bang comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Lee is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Bang is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lee.

That was a close second round but I would say that Hitmon Lee will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Lee throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bang stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Bang is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lee, as that shot connected.

Bang takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
