The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Godick looking to score a takedown here. Anjos is defending well but Godick drives through and ends up in Anjos's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Anjos is looking to sinch up a triangle. Godick throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Anjos's body to avoid the submission. Anjos has instead reached around Godick's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Anjos arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
