Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Damien Kau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jade Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kau closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kau lands in his opponent's guard.
Kau trying to control but Green is working from the bottom.
Kau in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Kau throws a strike but Green rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Kau thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Kau looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Green puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Kau is trying to get back to full guard.
Green is looking to advance position but Kau won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kau wants to improve his position but Green is controlling well.
Kau on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kau tries to get out of the position.

Green wants to work for an arm triangle but Kau is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Green is trying to control. Kau wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Kau is concentrating on defense, preventing Green from advancing position.
Kau knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Green on the ground.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jade Green wasn't active enough on the ground.

Kau dives in and scores a takedown into Green's guard.
Kau wants to control from the top but Green keeps moving.

Kau stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Green swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Kau is looking to work some ground and pound but Green has wrist control.
Kau has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Jade Green has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
A solid body kick from Kau.
Green looks gassed!

Oh, that's a big right hand from Kau and Green goes tumbling to the canvas! Kau follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kau lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Green quite badly. Green pulls Kau in close trying to recover. Kau postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Green on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Green doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Damien Kau!
