Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Flores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flores comes to the cage accompanied by Lazee - im not pop . Carlos Flores looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Vitor Silva!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Felipe Paraventi and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Silva with that takedown attempt.
Flores looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
A head kick misses from Flores.
Silva fails to land the takedown.
Silva closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Flores to the mat! Flores manages to get full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Silva pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Flores is keeping the position for now.
Silva drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Silva jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Silva slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Silva advances to mount.
Silva is working for a guillotine from mount but Flores frees his head quite easily.
Flores is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Flores can't escape the position.
Silva looking to secure an arm triangle but Flores defends it well.
Silva moves to the back position.
Flores fending off the submission attempt from Silva.
Flores is really stuck here.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
Flores trying to control the hands but Silva won't let him.
Silva is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Flores has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Silva has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Flores taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Silva doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Vitor Silva!
