Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Roach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Radomir Jareszczuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frank Roach has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Frank Roach! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Radomir Jareszczuk! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jareszczuk uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Roach.
Roach swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jareszczuk closes the distance looking to clinch and Roach makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Roach misses with the combination.
Roach just misses with a punch to the body.
Jareszczuk tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Roach manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Horrible takedown by Jareszczuk or perhaps it was just good defense by Roach which made him look bad. Jareszczuk swinging wildly here.

Roach wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Roach paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Jareszczuk drives through and clinches with Roach against the cage.
Roach gets through Jareszczuk's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. A right hand to the body from Roach.
Jareszczuk looks gassed! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Roach lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Jareszczuk on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Jareszczuk tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Roach just stands there and leans against the cage. Frank Roach has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Radomir Jareszczuk. Roach breaks the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jareszczuk tries to clinch but fails miserably and Roach counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Jareszczuk tries to close the distance and clinch up but Roach swats him away and circles back towards the center. Roach lands with a nice body punch. Roach drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Roach scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Jareszczuk to see if he's OK. Roach works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Roach will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Roach working the head and body with strikes. Roach staying calm. Jareszczuk is working to avoid the ground and pound but Roach connects with a decent elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jareszczuk takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Roach landing strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Roach controls the position from side control. Jareszczuk is trying to control Roach's posture but Roach avoids it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frank Roach dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Jareszczuk has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Roach finds it's way round the side to connect with Jareszczuk's head. Jareszczuk slips a jab from Roach. Roach throws a looping overhand right but Jareszczuk ducks down to avoid it. Roach thows a body shot but no joy. Roach throws a right and a left that Jareszczuk avoids nicely. Roach cracks a nice hook into Jareszczuk's ribs. Jareszczuk blocks a low kick nicely. Radomir Jareszczuk is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jareszczuk shoots in for a takedown but Roach shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Roach lands a slapping body shot.
Radomir Jareszczuk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Roach bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Jareszczuk's head backwards. Roach misses with a body shot.

and Jareszczuk counters with a one-two to the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Roach looks to score with a jab to the body but Jareszczuk is just out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Roach. Jareszczuk does a little dance to reset his feet.

Jareszczuk shoots in for a takedown but Roach shows good takedown defense. Roach lands with a good body shot. Jareszczuk takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Roach is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Jareszczuk attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Roach closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jareszczuk to the mat! Jareszczuk manages to get full guard. Roach postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Roach is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Roach is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Jareszczuk is still in real trouble! Can Roach finish him? Frank Roach overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roach postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Jareszczuk seems to have recovered his senses. Jareszczuk preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Roach is in close to Jareszczuk's body, working some short punches and elbows. Roach landing some decent shots from guard. Roach's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Roach sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jareszczuk's guard. Roach winds up and cracks Jareszczuk with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Roach scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Roach performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Roach slips a nice elbow through Jareszczuk's hands, connecting with Jareszczuk's forehead.
