Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dave Iverson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bjj Wrestler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dave Iverson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bjj Wrestler!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Marco Blurström and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wrestler lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.


It looks like Dave Iverson has been cut.

Iverson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Iverson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Wrestler is looking to improve his position but Iverson isn't that keen on the idea.

Iverson has control of Wrestler's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Wrestler regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Iverson working some short elbows here. He postures up to throw some more ground and pound but Wrestler slips a leg through to get back to half guard. Nice work.

Iverson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Iverson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Iverson is trying to control. Wrestler wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Iverson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Iverson takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Wrestler will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dave Iverson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wrestler scores with a hook to the body. Iverson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Wrestler looks to land a combination but Iverson avoids it well.
Iverson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Wrestler.

and Iverson counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Iverson fails with an attempt to clinch.

Wrestler lands a left and a right that send Iverson crashing to the mat, dazed. Wrestler thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!


Iverson is rocked!
Iverson dives in and grabs Wrestler's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wrestler pushes down on Iverson's head and hops out.
Oh Iverson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Iverson is breathing heavily.
Iverson slips a straight right by Wrestler.
Iverson seems to have got his legs back now.
Iverson walks into a straight right hand from Wrestler.


Dave Iverson's cut is getting worse.
Iverson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Wrestler counters with a lovely shot to the body.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Wrestler jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Wrestler cracks Iverson with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Iverson looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Wrestler finish him?
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bjj Wrestler dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Dave Iverson's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Iverson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wrestler paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Iverson takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Bjj Wrestler seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Wrestler misses with a jab, cross combination.
The fighters circling - Wrestler throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Wrestler connects with a single shot there.
Wrestler connects with the punch.


Dave Iverson's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Wrestler cracks Iverson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Wrestler has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Iverson to stand back up!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wrestler drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Iverson right on the button. Iverson goes down! Wrestler follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Wrestler gets the win via TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bjj Wrestler!
Bjj Wrestler gave a mention to Black Belt Nutrition #=========||=========# in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
